The well-being of our guests, residents, and employees is our top priority, and we are committed to ensuring your safety. Hotel Riviera continues to Welcome new guests and residents each day. We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to follow the requirement from related government authorities and provide support to our guests, colleagues, and partners. The experience at our hotel will be little bit different from before, as we've put in place new procedures and protocols to limit the spread of COVID-19, and keep our guests, staff, and community safe and healthy.
Social Distancing Practice
To increase social distancing, we have taken the following steps:
We have temporarily closed our breakfast area and fitness centers.
We have temporarily paused in-suites housekeeping service for our guests.
Our self- parking is still available for all residents each day. Please, maintain two meters of social distancing.
In our guests rooms, we are cleaning and disinfecting the entire room, including the floors. Additionally, we pay special attention to disinfecting high-touch points within the room such as door handles, light switches, the TV remote, and taps and handles in the bathroom.
Because of the COVID-19, we've decided to lock our kitchens inside the rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with tableware, cutlery, and wine glasses, can be unlocked for the additional cost of $10 for the direct booking.
We always try to check you in as soon as possible. If we cannot check you in right the way, please maintain 2 metres from other parties while you wait.
We won't be offering in-room housekeeping service during your stay so that you can ensure that you're the only person in your room while you're with us. Of course, at your request, we'll bring you fresh linens, extra towels, toiletries, or coffee.
Wearing non- medical masks or face coverings
Wearing a non- medical mask or face covering is an additional measure can take to protect others around you, even if you have no symptoms. It can be useful for short periods of time when physical is not possible to maintain in public settings such as when grocery shopping or using public transit.
